I just installed new wheel cylinders onmy 1992 Cadillac deville. I was going to gravity bleed them but now I have my brother to help me. When I go to bleed them does he need to pump the brakes and then push the pedal down or does he just push the pedal down. Also if he needs to pump the brakes does he only have to do it once on that side. Also does he need to pump the brakes every time we switch to another bleeder. Thanks.
Bleeder closed stat on right rear pump 4-5 times hold you crack bleeder Bro holds pedald down till you close bleeder repeat till NO air comes out then repeat on LR. Keep eye on resivor
Should he hold it halfway to the floor or all the way to the floor. Thanks for your time and help.
Bro rides pedal down keeping pressure til you tell him to pump again after bleeder closed
Before start adjust rear shoes till light drag can be felt as drum is turned
