1992 Cadillac Brougham Repair Question

Cadillac Brougham Sensor Problem
Condition of the Car:
92 Cadillac ( Brougham ) V8 5.7 L, Current Mileage 160,000 km.
The services have been performed so far include:
2006: Tuned up.
2007: Oxygen Sensor, throttle body position sensor were replaced.
2010: Fuel Injectors, Fuel filter, and Coolant temperature sensor were replaced.
2011: EGR was replaced.
Recently with the weather cold down the car running rough and consume more gas than in it is in the summer time when the weather was warm and hot. Can you please give me an idea what is wrong with my car. Thank you for your time.
