Dash electrical system dead
1922 accura vigor /when ingition key is switched on no power to dash lights/ when switched to start it cranks up and everything works until switch returns to run and then it goes dead/ as long as key is held in crank position it will run.what could be wrong

The ignition switch is bad and has to be replaced.
