Can i use throttle sensor for toyota previa 1994 for toyota previa 1991
I use throttle for 1994 for 1991 and it was raving so high, just want to know if that was the case.

You should be using the correct parts for your model, there may be a problem with your ECU reading input signals and upsetting the base idle.
