1991 Toyota Pickup motor and trans swap

What modifications if any has to be done if I take a motor and trans from a 93 toyota and put it in a 91. Wiring? I bought a 91 toyota with a bad motor so I bought a 93 with a new motor but bad body what all do I need to take from the 93 and put it on the 91 to make this truck go.

If it's a car motor it won't work as fwd and rwd are different blocks. You'll need to change all your 91 stuff to the 93 if it's not the same.

I should have been more specific its a 4 cylinder 22re from a 93 toyota pick up 2wd; going into a 91 2wd we used the motor but left the 91 trans in it and just swapped some plugs, but its still not done. Any advice?

Just make sure all your computer hookups are the same like sensors and switches. If it has the same stuff in it then you are ok it will drive like the 91.
