1991 Toyota Pick up truck stalls and bucks only in winter months. Except for when it is stored inside a building it operates fine. I have put alot of money into it to correct this problem. I have had many things changed and it still does this. Runs like a dream in the warmer weather. Anyone have any ideas of what it could be?
