1991 Toyota Cressida Repair Question

Toyota Cressida Body Problem
My vehicle run well on the move. when I stop the idle goes down below normal 500rpm or less. when I turn the AC on and I make a quick stop, the engine shuts off. I turn the vehicle back on with the AC off and its normal.could that be the idle speed control bad?

Try cleaning the throttle body and IAC and readjusting the idling speed.
