Orange wire neutral safety switch

Working on a 1991 celica gts 2.2. Car will not start. I believe it is do to the neutral safety switch. The proble is that the car has some of the wires cut. There is a black wire that isn't cut. However, my question is there is a orange wire that I can't figure out what it goes to. It has been cut and I do get a connection from the switch. But have no ideal where orange wire goes

You haven't answered my question about what problems you are facing.

Is this a manual or automatic transmission?
