Vehicle will not start, why?
The ignitor and coil have been replaced, they were not producing spark/power, they are now - but truck still will not start, it makes noise like it wants to but it doesnt turn over completely. I am not sure what else can be the issue, any suggestions?

If you have sparks, the next thing you should be checking would be the fuel pressure and compression.
Try some starting fluids to see if it helps.
