1991 Subaru Legacy Repair Question

Subaru Legacy Axle Problem
What would make my engine vibrate between 40 amd 60 mph. it ran fine from Arizona to washington state. on the down hill gade the vibration started. it still does it in neutral

have yoru axles and wheel bearing checked first
