1991 Pontiac LeMans can't find the thermostat
1991 Pontiac LeMans mileage: 100,000. I have no heat in the car and went to change the thermostat after checking all the fluid levels, which were okay. But, I can't find the thermostat. I haven’t had a problem with any of the other cars and changing the thermostat. Part of the problem is the engine is a Daewoo. There is a reservoir that is separate from the radiator, the hoses don’t seem to have any connection that would support a thermostat. So, can you help me out?

We are not so sure the thermostat is the problem. You may not be getting any hot coolant flowing through the heater. The heater control valve may be faulty. In addition, check the vacuum lines that control the doors a nd the heater ducts.
