Oldsmobile Cutlass Gas Problem
What happens when the RPM guage jumps up and down when idling and sometime the motor dies. Sometimes when stopping at a traffic light it will die. The car is supposed to use reguler gasoline but has been using gas with alcohl. Will this cause a problem.

yes, it could.
it could be a vacuum leak, idle control motor, egr valve open or fuel pressure regulator
