Broken plug

I have 1991 olds 2.5 4 cyl, while trying to pull plugs the #1 plug broke off right where the plug divides from socket to smooth surface. How can I get it out?

Is the white part what broke? IF so, you should still be able to get it out. If the steel broke and the threads are left in the head, you can try an easy out. However, you have to make sure nothing gets into the cylinder.
