1991 Mazda MPV Repair Question

What is the valve lash setting and procedure on a 1991 Mazda mpv 3.0l 18 valve.
I have a lifter tap and I am hoping it will go away and not have to replace the lifters.

Valve lash adjuster are set and forget, if they are noisy you can try an engine oil flush, apart form that you will have to replace them.
