Need help with electrical problem can you help?

I have this LTC that has electrical problems. #1 is that the digital dash cluster is out:, Would this not complete the circuit to the charging system? Also no airconditioning fans only high fan. This car did have an aftermarket alarm system in it, in which the previous owner had taken out.

I need assistance

Fans most likely a resistor issue.

Check fuses for the dash, if not, then you may have either a bad connection or failed dash unit.

It sounds like you have 3 different, unrelated problems. They should be approached separately.
