Why does one turn signal blink faster than the other on my 91 honda prelude?

Check the bulbs if its open/broken filament

Already changed the bulbs and bulb sockets.

Check the ground side of the circuit and also the Dir/Hazard relay

Could it be a flasher? If so, where are the turn signal flashers located?
