honda starting problems

i have a 1991 honda accord dx with the 2.3 prelude motor dohc i redid the cluch and threw the timing of i fixed that and now the car still wont start its getting spark, gas vaccuum lines are all good and the motor does turn but it just doesnt start why does it not start?

That should not affect anything unless the tension-er is bad and the timing belt has skipped.

If vehicle has been idle for extended period, check the engine compression. Piston rings could have dried up resulting in loss of compression.
