Honda Accord Fuel filter Problem
My Honda accord was sitting for three weeks and now it wont start. it sounds like there is no gas, i sprayed carb cleaner in the intake while jump start cables were connected and it still sound the same, it sound like it want the start but there is no explosion.

At fuel filter, release the bleeder bolt on top and turn ignition on to test for fuel pressure.
Check for ignition sparks.
