My 1991 Honda Accord sometimes will not start. Plenty of battery but seems to be lacking fuel. Fuel filter has been changed. Any ideas what could b wrong?

Have you tried adding gas to intake by hand to see if it starts? Did you test pump for flow when you changed filter? Did you see if injectors are pulsing?

One of the most common fault for intermittent non starting would be a faulty PGM-FI main relay. The contacts of some of the circuit board joints are bad and resoldering them would solve the problem.
