Honda Accord Battery Problem
Car won't start when it is cold outside (around freezing). Will start as temps increase. New battery added with sufficient CCA. Will not crank or turn over when cold.

Check the battery terminals and ground circuits. Ensure they are clean and tight. Have the starter tested.
