Need help with simple throttle repair t-bird 91

Disclaimer, I know very little about cars. That said I know exactly what is wrong with my t-bird. there was a grommet, or clip that held the throttle in place. When this broke, the throttle went fully depressed causing the engine to run at max speed. Its a very simple litttle pin that holds the whole thing together and I currently have it temporarily tied together with a ziptie. Can anyone tell me where to find the right grommet or clip to fix this?
thanks
