1991 Ford F-350 power loss

After truck is driven a few miles it has sudden, fall on it's face, power loss and cuts out and dies.

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it

What was fuel pressure results? Does it restart after falling on face

Yes. Sometimes it takes a long time. Eliminated the fuel filter, fuel pump (it has the 30-45 psi), EEC, fuel pressure relay valve, air filter, and I'm fixing to change plugs and wires.

The only thing I can tell you is to check fuel pressure when it stops, what may be happening is the pump is getting hot and not putting the pressure out like it should. Fuel pressure shold be 35-45 with key on engine off. If not to minimum then that may be your problem. Also shuld put out 1.5 pint in 60 seconds.
