1991 Ford F-150 Repair Question

Ford F-150 Horn Problem
I have a horn with a yellow button besides the average car horn. There are two green wires coming from the yellow button. One connects to a red wire. The other is hanging unaattached. Where does that wire go?

the one to the red wire should be 12 volt feed. the other goes to the horns
