After you start this car and it warms up after about 3-5 minutes while idling it starts to surge. Another issue with it is when you bleed the clutch it don't keep the clutch pressure built up like it should. Another issue is after you shut the car off and try to start it back it won't start. Could that be the clutch not engaging fully since there is very little clutch pressure? This is a 5 speed manual by the way.

Try cleaning the throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner for surging. If it doesn't skeep pressure in clutch then the master may be bad or slave but normally master. You should see air in system when you bleed again if you dont' then it may be the master. Then scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge.
