My 1991dodge dynasty will turn right easy enough but when you try to straiten back out the power steering pump whines and it locks at about 2 O'clock. I can rock it back and forth past Two but it makes a grinding popping sound then locks up again at 10 O'clock(again I can rock the steering wheal past this point at the expense of grinding\popping sound). My personal belief is it is one of the struts that is freezing up but would like a second opinion if possible. Thanks Thomas
