91 Dodge Grand Caravan

I have a 91 dodge grandcaravan that will not start. When the key is turned on all the accesories work lights wipers heater etc. There are ni instrument lights and the van will not start or do anything when the key is turned. Battery is good.

Raise car put on stands, with a helper, check for 12V at solenoid connector with key in start.

I have a 91 Dodge Grand Caravan SE with 123,907 miles on it. It has a 3.3 liter engine and will not start. With the key off the following works electric locks, dome/map/glove box lights, horn, cigarette lighter, 4 way flashers, electric mirrors, head and tail lights, and tailgate lock. With the key on the following does not work wipers front and rear, radio, instruments/instrument warning lights, and turn signals. With the key on the following works power windows, electric locks, heater, rear defogger 4 way flashers head/tail lights horn cigarette lighter, power mirrors, warnining buzzer for lights/key, and tailgate lock.

Check the solenoid as describe, if voltage then starter, if not then ignition switch.
