I have a 91s10 sounds like it has cam but sounds good no misfire . under a load or high gear can't push gas more then 1/4 or it spits & falls on its f
It idles rough some times then smoothes out . When under a load or high gear can't push gas more then 1 /4 or it spits & no power let of throttle it picks back u. push clutch in it will revs up

check your timing. i would suspect that you have a stretched chain or worn distributor gear or camshaft.
