I have a 91 chevy s10 4.3L. I think it is possesed with demons. When I turn the key to the ON position, the SERVICE ENGINE SOON light flashes rapidly, non-stop. I cant find anyting in the service manual for this indication. However, when I use a jumper wire to get a trouble code, the SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT goes off with no indication, and the fuel pump relay 'ticks' every few seconds. My original problem here is that im getting no fuel to the intake. Can anyone tell me what might be going on here?

Check the ground wire at the back of the engine. It shold be making a good connection. Also see if there is one by the ecm. Then check your fuel pump relay. The illustration i'm sending will show where everything is.
