Chevrolet Caprice Engine Problem
My 1991 chevy caprice cuts off right when I start it. The fuse that controls the ecm,egr solenoid,air control pops right when i start it and the car cuts off. I have replaced the egr solenoid,fuel filter,fuel pump and fuel injectors . What could cause this?

a short in the wire or a bad pcm or poor connection or bad grounds, clean the grounds to pcm an don engine the ground for pcm is a black wire and should be close to pcm
