1991 Cadillac Fleetwood Repair Question

Where is cabin air filter located

Blower works but there is very little air blowing through the vents and i cannot locate the cabin air filter

I don't think is has one-I've checked it with Mit1, also you need to open it up and investigate-could be a vacuum or an actuator problem/BCM/ECM
