1991 Cadillac Brougham Repair Question

Where is the fuel pump relay located ????????
So every time i pass the key to turn on the car i hear the fuel pump turn on but never turn off. sounds like gas splashing inside the tank along with loud noise. from what i been told if the fuel pump relay is not working right either the fuel pump wont turn on or it will stay on and not turn off. can this be true???

relay panel under the driver side dash.
start with a fuel pressure check. does the pump still run after the key is off??

No it stops once its off..but if i pass the key with the engine off the pump turns on makes loud noise and you can hear gas splashing....

you most likely need a fuel pump.

if the fuel pump is turning on the relay is doing its job.sounds like u will need to drop the tank.remove the sending unit and replace the pump.install a new one using all the hoses that come with the part.ty for using 2carpros and pl try to donate.
