When I start the car and shift into drive (or reverse), the transmission does not engage. After car warms up,it will finally engage.The colder the weather, the longer it takes to engage.Then, for atleast the next 10 minutes of drive time, it slips out of gear everytime I come to a stop, or close to a stop.I then have to shift into park or reverse, and then back into drive, for it to reengage.
