1991 BMW 535i Repair Question

Car runs good, but when im cruising 55-65mpr under 3k rpm the car will jerk once or twice. id full tune up also change throttle body.
Its been doing this for about a year. It does it the most at 55 mph at low rpms. The 55 mark is red. Dont know if that mean anything. What can be the problem
