BMW 318i Engine Problem
The engine misfires badly - it will start with accelerator depressed and run only on high revs. It has no power - I can't drive it because of the lack of power. Feels and sounds like the wires are crossed which they can't be as this happened suddenly. I recently had the spark plugs and lead wires replaced as these symptoms occurred periodically for short periods.
What could be the problem?

An inspection might include looking at live data, very hard to say what is going on with the info provided. To look at this data will require proprietary scanning equipment and it will need to connect to the 20 pin diagnostic connector under the hood.
