Car problem

I have a 92 integra at the time I was driving cut my car off to check my mail now it won't start turn the key over nothing turns over I hear my fuel pump and my car is a stick shift what can cause this problem or what's wrong with it .

So the starter doesn't spin the engine over?If that's the case do you have a multimeter to do some testing or a test light?Have you made sure the battery cables are clean and tight and that your battery is good?

When turning the key all the lights come on the starter is a month old same with the batterie I did check connection of batteries cables ground to the black every thing is ok

Lets start by checking the battery voltage at the battery cables?Then the battery voltage again at the battery cables with the key in the start position?Let me know the voltages.
