Volvo 760 Ignition switch Problem
Ignition switch replacement with key in switch, switch will not turn at all, stuck in off position with steeringwheel locked

So you want to replace the ignition cylinder?Have you tried tapping on the key lightly with a hammer and see if the key turns?
