Toyota Camry Battery Problem

Vehicle starts no issue - new alternator and battery but the blower motor, radio, and cig lighter, front head lights and tachometer does not work. If you hold the bright lights they work and blinkers also work. Any suggestions on cause and fix?

Check for a bad ground circuit, loose wire connections and blown fuses.
You need a testlight to perform tests for battery voltage to the switch and blower motor.
