1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass Won''t start

It appears there is no power to the injectors. They have replaced crank sensor, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump. I don't know what the problem is: electrical or engine.

There should be power from looks like fuse #1 to the fuel injectors with the key on at all times on the pink wires. If you don't have power to the injectors with key on check the fuse if the fuse is good then you have a bad wire.
