Hello,

Ok a few questions.

Does the engine turn/crank over just wont start/Run?

If turns over.

Did you check for spark? If so was It a Bright Bluish/White or an Orangish color?

You say the Fuel Pump will only run when you straight wire it. When you straight wire it are you running wire from the tank connection to a battery? Or are you jumping across the repay? If you are jumping across the relay and you said you check the relays how did you check the relays. Did you test them? If not and cannot test them then take a look at the Number on the fuel pump relay then look are the other relays and match numbers. Swap out the relays, make note of the one you switch. Then try turning key to on position and listen for fuel pump. If hear pump then try starting. If starts then purchase new relay and replace.

Ok, is engine light on? If so follow directions below to get code and post back to me.

ENTERING SELF-DIAGNOSTICS > SINGLE LED SYSTEM (2 MODES)

Self-diagnostic system normal operational mode is Mode I. With ignition switch in ON position and engine NOT running, insert screwdriver through access port on ECU.
Turn screwdriver fully clockwise. Wait at least 2 seconds. Turn screwdriver fully counterclockwise. Inspection light will begin to flash. This is Mode II.

NOTE: When engine is running, it is not possible to switch modes. When ignition switch is turned to OFF position, ECU will switch back to Mode I.
RETRIEVING CODES > SINGLE LED SYSTEM (2 MODES)

When Mode II is accessed (engine NOT running), codes stored in ECU memory will be flashed by the CHECK ENGINE light and the Red LED on the side of the ECU. A long flash (.6 second) will indicate the 10's column digit. Short flashes (.3 second) will indicate the 1's column digit. For example: 3 long flashes, followed by 5 flashes of the Red LED (or CHECK ENGINE light) would indicate a code 35.

Yes that was gonna be the final thing to suggest, with the no spark. The Crankshaft Angle Sensor is integrated in the Distributor.
