1990 Mazda 929 Repair Question

IACV issues
High idle, idle surging in park when engine is warm. A mechanic cleaned the iacv and it worked fine for about 2 hours. I shut the car off and it sit for about 4 hours came back and had the same high idle issues.

Replace the idle control motor, if cleaning does not fix this you normally require a new unit.
