1990 Jaguar XJ6 Center Dashboard A/C vents

My air conditioning comes out of the side, rear, and defrost vents but there is only a slight hint of air coming from my center dash vents. Can you identify the issue?

Check for a vacuum leak they have vacuum motors opening doors and you will need to see if the black hose leading to the center door is getting vacuum or not. If it is and the door doesn't open it may be a bad vacuum motor. If no vacuum then it may be the control and further testing will need to be done. The hose cold have a pinch or hole in it as well
