1990 Honda CRX Repair Question

Oil light in 1990 CRX
My oil light is coming on, however not completely. The light appears dim and does eventually completely light up. I was told that by the sound of that issue that means there is a bad ground somewhere. Besides that, there is plenty of oil and the car seems to run fine. It is a b16 Honda Vtec DOHC engine. Someone else said that the oil pump could be broken. Any idea?

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge,if normal replace the oil pressure switch. If abnormal could mean oil pump and engine bearing.
