GMC C1500 Body Problem

My truck simply stopped running one day. I checked spark, all is good, I checked fuel by removing the fuel line to the throttle body and fuel
flows from there once the ignition is turned on. If I prime the throttle body the truck will start just long enough for the fuel to burn off. I have
had a couple of times where I primed it and the truck ran no problem however when I turned it off and tried to start it the next day I had the same problem. I have replaced the fuel filter, I put a used Throttle Body on. I'm at a loss as to why it will not provide fuel from the injectors?

With key on, do you have voltage at the injector? Do you have an injector pulse? If no injector ground, check for rpm signal, comes from distributor.
