When I go to put my truck into reverse my clutch doesn't fully engage and I can feel my flywheel slowing down also when I put it in first it is really tough to engage

Cck to make sure hydraulics work ok like pushing clutch in other wise it may be a clutch is going bad.

Is there a clutch adjustmnent that I could make or is there any lines I can bleed that would cause this cause my clutch was just replaced
