Fuel problems

I recently put 660cc low impedance injectors in my probe gt along with a resistor box. It ran terrible after that so i sent the ecu out to get tuned. I plugged the ecu back in after the tune and started it and still runs extremely rich. Theres a lot of blue exhaust and it has a bad stumble or stutter at idle and under throttle. Any idea of whats wrong? Thank you
