1990 Ford Laser Repair Question

Car oil
I have a 1990 ford laser. I have just replaced the oil and i have white smoke and oily water coming from the exaust. Is the a problem? I didnt over fill the with oil there is the right amount. Please help?

Could be just condensation warm it up properly if it continues have it block and pressure tested-
