Car is loseing power
Every time i come up a hill i get half way up the hill and the car loses all power. if you step on the gas and nothing i'v gone up the hill 3 different time and it the same as soon as i'm on a flat place the car runs fine.

Check fuel pump pressure. It sounds like you may not be getting enough fuel.
