1990 Ford F-250 Repair Question

Wont start
1990 f250 will not start turns over and has spark also you can here both fuel pumps and I replaced all relays fuel -ignition fuel regulator fuel filter plugs wires cap rotor ign module starter solinoid baterry help!

Make sure the fuel pressure is within the mfg's specs. If it is, check for power at the injectors. Also, check for a good hot blue spark.
