Battery was draining over night so I put a draw test on the battery. The light on my tester went out when I pulled out the fuse for hazards, cruise control and stop lights what next?

Next step is to isolate the circuit that fuse control
disconnect the cruise control and check for draw
Disconnect flasher and check.

What he means is unplug each item separately and different connectors until problem goes away. Start at your brake and turn signals and disconnect the bulbs. Draw still there? Then pull the hazard flasher, if still a excessive draw there then pull the connector for cruise control on the actuator, if draw is stil there disconnect a connector farther up such as the brake switch. And so on and so forth
