Is there a way for me to drop my pistons without removing the head? I know I can remove them after the head is off but pulling them up. Also can I do it without dropping my Transmission? I have all the tools needed I just want to do it as simple as possible.

Nope. Won't work. You have to separate the transmission from the engine to get at the flex plate or flywheel bolts to remove the crankshaft. Next, the pistons won't pass by the block webbing. Where the main bearing caps bolt to. There's no way you'd get a piston ring compressor up there to put the pistons back in. Dropping the crankshaft in while trying to clear eight connecting rod bolts is very difficult for two people when the engine is upside down out of the car. The slightest scratch on the journal will tear up the bearing. This difficult job would be impossible if you were trying to lift and carefully position the crank at the same time.

Do it the easier, faster, and only way possible, and remove the cylinder head.
